Jamie Taylor, Home Manager

Jamie Taylor is the Home Manager of Spynie Care Home. Originally from Elgin, Jamie has worked in health and social care for over 20 years, progressing from frontline care roles to senior leadership positions before qualifying as a nurse in 2014. With degrees in both Health and Social Care and Mental Health Nursing, she brings extensive experience in nursing, dementia care and service leadership. Jamie is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care and is committed to making Spynie Care Home a place where residents, families and staff feel valued, supported and at home.

Liz Jamieson, Deputy Manager

Liz Jamieson is Deputy Manager at Spynie Care Home and has worked in health and social care since 1988. A qualified Enrolled Nurse since 1991, she combines extensive clinical experience with a passion for person-centred care and strong team leadership. Widely respected for her compassionate and hands-on approach, Liz was recognised nationally as a Highly Commended finalist in the Great British Care Awards Front-Line Leader category, reflecting her commitment to excellence in care and support for both residents and colleagues.

Leigh Wilson - Brodie Unit Lead

Leigh heads up our specialist dementia community with advanced qualifications and experience as a qualified trainer.

Emma Bryson - Cawdor Unit Lead

Having worked for the group since age 16, Emma graduated as a Registered General Nurse in 2025, now leading the Cawdor Unit.

Madison Holden - Activities lead

Madison leads a team of three who work together to create engaging, meaningful activities for residents.
